Through partnerships with trusted organizations, miles logged in our Virtual Challenges, donations and membership directly supports projects such as tree planting, restoration, and the creation of resilient neighborhoods.
Why Green Spaces Matter
Parks, trails, and tree-lined streets aren’t just nice to have. They’re critical for climate resilient neighborhoods. Trees lower temperatures and reduce the urban heat island effect. Parks and gardens absorb stormwater, preventing floods. Green spaces clean the air, support biodiversity, and give people a place to recharge. In short, they make resilience tangible.

To build or maintain climate resiliency, we need solutions people can see and feel. That’s why REACH GREEN is starting with reforestation and tree planting. Our first partnership is with the Arbor Day Foundation, where together we are investing in the restoration of longleaf pine forests in North Carolina’s Sandhills region, an ecosystem where only 3% of the historic habitat remains. Memberships, donations and strategic partnerships bring back a critical green space that protects biodiversity, cools communities, and builds climate resiliency.
